Counseling Services
For individuals seeking personalized counseling support, GETAC proudly endorses and collaborates with MDH Counseling & Consulting, led by Dr. Michael Hannon. Through this partnership, individuals and families can access culturally responsive, trauma-informed counseling services grounded in care, expertise, and lived understanding.

Program Evaluation Services
The GETAC Team can provide program evaluative services for organizations. Drawing on Dr. LaChan Hannon’s expertise in self-study methodology, organizations have the opportunity to be coached through the process of establishing and prioritizing their goals and assisting them in answering and addressing questions related to progress toward them.

Fathers’ Autism Support Group
The Fathers’ Autism Support Group is a collaboration between GETAC, Alternative Choices, and the Department of Counseling at Montclair State University and is co-led by Dr. Michael Hannon and Dr. Robert Naseef. Created in response to the need for more resources specifically for fathers of autistic people, the group provides a safe space to discuss issues related to gender, parenting, family dynamics, acceptance, self-care, and coping. It began as an in-person initiative in the fall of 2019 and has continued virtually every month between September and June.

Keynote/Featured Speaker Services
Drs. LaChan and Michael Hannon are available - individually or together - to be featured or keynote speakers at programs and events whose focus addresses the psychosocial aspects of autism in communities of color. They are frequently invited to offer their insights and expertise for a variety of organizations and media outlets.
